Here is a CLEAN breakfast idea...that is PERFECT for fall and winter months!! This will leave you FULL and not feeling bloated or heavy......AND no crash!

The TRICK to this and to a healthy LIFESTYLE is to PREP and prepare things in advance so that you are not left starving and forced to go through a drive-thru! Plan AHEAD and you will not fail!

SO here is a tasty recipe that I found on! This is my OWN version of this and is still CLEAN and HEALTHY! 


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced apples (about 1 medium apple)
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted and slightly cooled

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8" X 8"  baking dish with nonstick cooking spray  (I use PAM Coconut Oil) 
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt. 
  3. Mix in diced apples, applesauce, almond milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla. Stir in coconut oil until all ingredients are combined. 
  4. Pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown on top. Allow to cool in the baking dish for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
