BANANA PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL - CLEAN BREAKFAST!

This time of year is PERFECT for some warm, delicious, hearty oatmeal in the mornings! Here is a HEALTHY, 21 Day Fix – approved recipe that will keep you full and dance on your taste buds!!!🙂

INGREDIENTS

Half of one banana — one purple
1/2 cup of cooked ((Steel Cut)) Oats — two yellow (1 yellow)
Cinnamon
1 Scoop of All-Natural Peanut Butter

DIRECTIONS

Cook the oats ——-> TIP: prepare an entire week’s worth on the weekend to have ready to go for your week
Once cooked, scoop out 1/2 cup of the oatmeal.
I like to “smash” the banana and then add to the oatmeal
Add in one tsp (“scoop”) of  Peanut Butter and stir well
Add cinnamon to taste.
