AGING is OPTIONAL!! How Candace Cameron makes age 40 look INCREDIBLE!

I am NO spring chicken anymore!! Age 40 is quickly approaching in about a year and a half and my GOAL is to be in the BEST shape of my LIFE!! I have a goal of competing in a fitness competition next year and I can TOTALLY do it!! Its not JUST for 20-somethings!! You can do whatever you put your mind to - and I intend on CRUSHING that goal!

AGING IS OPTIONAL friends!! If you take time for YOU -- with diet, nutrition, eating clean, staying consistent to a fitness routine, drink enough water each day, get your rest, limit sugars, refined carbs and alcohol -- you will do your body SO MUCH GOOD and also slow the hands of time! :)

Im not sure about YOU - but I was a kid of the 80's and 90's - and FULL HOUSE was something I would watch everyday before dinner....and after my homework of course! I LOVED DJ Tanner haha... and could relate to her because, well we were the same age!! She had that crazy friend Kimmy and I had a few of those too!

When I saw that Candace Cameron (aka DJ Tanner) was a Shakeology drinker -- I was so glad to see that we are still on the same wave length ahaha! Shakeo is pretty amazing stuff friends!!! Its JAM PACKED with good, CLEAN nutrition and gives me more energy than my 3 cups of coffee used to!! I have no sugar/caffeine crash and I know I am doing something GOOD for my body! Its packed with anti-oxidants (which helps us age LESS ha!), pre and pro-biotics, adaptogens to help our bodies combat stressors and it helps us to rebuild our muscle after a workout. AND -- it helps to promote healthy hair, skin and nails <----BONUS!

When I read  that Candace Cameron is a  loyal Shakeo drinker I was so EXCITED!! She looks AMAZING and it just PROVES that this stuff is legit!!! Look at her!

Here is a sample day of her "diet" which is really her LIFESTYLE::
Influenced by her dad (a healthy eater) and Marilu Henner, actress and author of Total Health Makeover, Candace has always made nutrition a big part of her life. “I keep a fairly strict diet,” she said. “My job depends on it.”
Despite a hectic work and travel schedule — the actress bops between sets in New York and L.A. on the regular — Candace generally feels great about her body. “Like most women, I fuss about a few things I wish I could change,” she told Cosmopolitan.com of her figure. “[But] I am at my best weight and fitness level considering my lifestyle.”
Candace says she eats mostly vegan with the exception of egg whites, the occasional piece of fish, and situations where there are no vegan options. Instead of meats, she relies on nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains like quinoa for protein. She also avoids dairy and swears the change cured her irritable stomach issues, reduced puffiness in her face and body, and cured her chronic congestion and cough.
Here’s how the actress maintains her enviable figure — and her health.
DAY 1
8 a.m.: Before I headed out for a 12-hour journey back to New York City from Hawaii (for a friend’s wedding), I made a Shakeology protein shake with half a banana and almond milk. No workout today, but the day definitely called for coffee, so I drank a cup of it with almond milk.
12:30 p.m.: Right before my flight took off, I ate an ahi poke bowl with brown rice and cabbage in coconut milk — it’s my favorite healthy lunch in Maui from a place called Coconuts. I planned ahead so I wouldn’t need to eat plane food, although I snacked on a banana and drank lots of water during the six-hour flight. When I fly, I always drink a ton of water — no alcohol — and limit my food intake, which makes me feel best when I land. Otherwise, my body reacts to salty food and alcohol by puffing up immediately.
9 p.m. (6 p.m. Hawaii time): I had a short layover in Los Angeles and ate dinner at an airport restaurant called Lemonade, where I got a kale salad with tomato, avocado, and quinoa. Back in the air, I slept all of 5.5 hours, drinking only water! :)

Here is a SAMPLE WORKOUT circuit that she does in addition to eating clean and drinking her Shakeology errrry day! ;)
