FALL is HERE...well, almost! So that ONLY means that it's time for MUFFINS ;) hehe......Here is a CLEAN and HEALTHY recipe that you can enjoy WITHOUT feeling guilty or getting much of a bloated feeling afterwards! 



INGREDIENTS:


2.5 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey
2 ((very)) ripe bananas
1 apple – finely diced
DIRECTIONS:
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350degrees
2.Spray tin with non-stick cooking spray or line 12 muffin tins with liners.
3. Place the oats in the food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds and then add remaining ingredients to the food processor.
4.Process all ingredients together until batter is smooth.
5. Pour batter into each muffin tray and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy with a nice, hot cup of coffee!!😉
