CLEAN Mozzarella Cheese Bites!

Im not sure about you....but mozzarella cheese sticks are BEYOND DELICIOUS!! We've all ordered them on a Friday night along with our pizza or ordered them when we are out to dinner.....BUT the calories and fat are not exactly healthy and if you are following a fitness and clean eating program - they aren't "approved"......




One order from Applebees is almost 900 calories and who knows how much fat! Who knows what that does to your insides and we all know what it does to the outside! ;)

So -- here is a CLEAN alternative that is STILL delicious and yummy -- without the added empty calories and fat. My amazing coach, Kerrie on my team shared this and I had to spread the love as well! <3






    INGREDIENTS:

1 cup cooked white quinoa
2 eggs and 1 egg white
1 cup mozzarella
1/3 cup turkey pepperoni
1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS: 

Mix all ingredients together. 
Fill 24 mini muffin tins with the mixed ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 25 min or until golden brown!
