Picky Eater - How to Give Your Toddler GREENS!


So I am sure that I am not the only one!! I try to give my baby girl, who is now 3, a cucumber or a pepper and she turns up her little button nose and says...."NO"....

I remember when she was a baby, we pureed every veggie under the sun and without a doubt -- she would eat it!! Things have changed and now she LOVES cake, cupcakes, ice cream and cookies!! Welllll........that certainly doesn't make for a sound diet, now does it?

THANKFULLY, I am able to give her a daily dose on DENSE nutrition with Shakeology. BUT I am now also able to BOOST it with some added GREENS!
