Mommy & Me Workout


As a mommy it can be hard to find time to go to the gym and get in a great workout!! 

I know - I remember!!  Once you're a mommy, fitness isn't so easy or convenient. That is why I LOVE working out at home...in the comfort of my own home....most days before my daughter wakes up! I seriously get to wake-up, grab my coffee and head downstairs to get it done!! I do NOT miss the stress of driving to the gym and HOPING I am there early enough to grab a spot in a class....OR hoping that the gym is empty enough so I can get to my machines!! haha... PLUS I have NEVER seen results like I have with Beachbody programs! They give you a fitness AND a nutrition guide with EVERY program to make it easy for you to follow! As long as you do the work -- you will get the results. Below are my results from one round of the 21 Day Fix. I never had results like this!! I lost several inches, and only 1 pound as I wasn't seeking to lose weight. I was wanting my skinny jeans to fit better -- and THAT they do! ;)




Here is a Piyo-inspired workout that is amazing!!! Chalene Johnson is AAA-MAZING and her workouts are so inspiring! Piyo is a power pilates and yoga-based program and I love it! I did the program last summer and remember feeling my best and very lean! I am doing Body Beast now, but am thinking of adding this to the "mix" too!


To gain strength & muscle you don't always need weights....your body weight alone will help you build & increase muscle & tone! Here's an example of one of the moves.......

The moves: 
Push-up
Bring in knee to opposite forearm
Push-up
Bring in knee to side of same arm
Push-up
