21 Day Fix Sweet Treat

I don't know about you, but there are times when I like somethin' a lil sweet BUT I want to stay on track and not feel crappy afterwards.

Here is something that I often go-to for my sweet treat....its fresh, healthy and 21 Day Fix-approved!

*One purple of strawberries(or any fruit you like!)
*Drizzle one tsp of honey over them
*One orange of sunflower seeds if you prefer
