The Basics of Clean Eating - Learn How!

After being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in June of 2013, I was DETERMINED to treat it in a natural, holistic way! I researched and found the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and have since been following it ever since. It is a very clean way of eating and it has made me believe whole-hardheartedly, that you CAN, in fact treat many diseases with FOOD -- good, clean, healthy FOOD! I have been able to incorporate this way of eating into my 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme Eating Plans and have honestly, never felt better! Clean eating can help you not only lose weight, but it can improve your sleep, you energy, it can help you to have clearer skin and it works WITH your body - so your metabolism isn't slowed by eating this way.
