CLEAN Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast Bread




I LOVE anything  peanut butter/banana!! Because I have Ulcerative Colitis and am eating as CLEAN as possible -- I love any new recipes that do not have grains or sugar. 

I found this recipe on www.heandsheeatsclean.com and it looks SUPER delicious and CLEAN!!



Ingredients:
4 peeled, ripe
4 eggs, yolk and white
1/2 c coconut flour -- or almond flour
1/2 c natural peanut butter -- or sunbutter, almond or cashew butter
3 TBSP unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2. Grease your loaf pan -- I like to use coco oil. 
3. In a bowl, combine eggs, bananas until blended.
4. Add additional ingredients, mixing thoroughly to combine.
5. Pour batter into loaf pan. 
6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow loaf to cool 5 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
